All employees undergo an intensive onboarding and orientation program where they are trained, assessed and evaluated on all aspects of proper technical skills required for the effective management of power plant operations and maintenance while introduced to the company’s safety policies and regulations. All engineers also undergo a 60-hour training and certification on engine model(s) and equipment to be utilized at the client’s power plant where they will be assigned.
Our robust training programs allow for a continual development of the skills and competence of our technical team resulting in the highest level of service delivery to our growing number of customers Bremen has strategic affiliations with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), this gives us access to original spare parts and also a vast network of technical support to enable us meet the needs of our customers nationwide.
The Bremen Engineering team are comprised of engineers who have developed competence in all the major engine brands -CATERPILLAR, KOHLER, SDMO, CUMMINS, GEJENBACHER, FG WILSON, JMG, PERKINS, WARTSILLA.
As part of our developmental strategy; All technical personnel are required to complete at least 2 trainings annually.
